Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and BoostHill ("BoostHill", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of boosthill.com and our services (the "Service"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully — they include important disclaimers about results and platform risk, and a limitation of our liability.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to bind it to these Terms.

2. The Service

BoostHill provides social-media growth services — such as followers, subscribers, views, likes, live viewers, watch hours and similar engagement — delivered to public profiles, channels or posts you specify. Engagement is sourced from active accounts. We never request, require or store your social media password.

3. Your account & targets

• You're responsible for the accuracy of any link, username or post URL you submit. Orders are delivered to the target you provide, and delivery to the wrong target can't be reversed once started.
• You confirm that you own, control, or are authorised to promote the account or content you submit.
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials and wallet secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Orders & delivery

• Delivery begins after your payment is confirmed. Stated start and completion times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
• You choose instant or drip-feed delivery. Drip-feed spreads delivery out over time and carries a small surcharge.
• Occasionally an order may deliver partially. Where it does, we'll work to complete it, issue a refill, or credit the unfilled portion to your wallet.

5. Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in the order builder before you pay and are charged in USD (with optional display currencies). Volume discounts apply automatically.
• Payment is made via crypto (through Cryptomus) or from your BoostHill wallet balance. Card payments may be added later.
• You're responsible for any taxes that apply to you. Prices, services and promotions may change at any time.

6. Wallet & balance

Your BoostHill wallet holds store credit usable only to pay for the Service. Balance is not a bank deposit, earns no interest, and is generally non-withdrawable to cash except where we agree or the law requires. Top-ups and refunds are credited to your wallet unless otherwise stated.

7. Promotions & discounts

Promo codes and volume discounts are offered at our discretion, may have conditions, and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time. They have no cash value and can't be combined unless we say so.

8. Refill guarantee

Most orders include a 30-day refill guarantee: if delivered counts drop within 30 days of completion, we top them back up at no charge. Trigger a refill from the order's detail page or contact support. The guarantee covers natural drop-off only — not losses caused by you, by a platform removing content/accounts, by changes you make, or by setting your account to private.

9. Refunds & cancellations

• An order can be cancelled for a full refund (to your wallet) before it starts processing.
• Once delivery has started, refunds are assessed case by case. For drops we'll generally run a free refill first.
• We don't refund delays within stated estimates, or losses caused by an inaccurate target, account changes, or platform action.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Promote content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes others' rights.
• Target accounts or content you don't own or aren't authorised to promote.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Resell or misrepresent the Service, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

We may refuse, hold, cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including where it appears to breach these Terms or a platform's rules.

11. No platform affiliation & platform risk

BoostHill is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored byTwitch, Rumble, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, Telegram or any other platform. Each platform sets its own rules, which can change, and may remove engagement or take action on accounts at its discretion. You understand and accept this risk, and you're solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the rules of the platforms you use.

12. No guarantee of results

We deliver the engagement you order, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome — including rankings, recommendation, monetization eligibility, permanent retention of delivered counts, revenue, or "going viral." The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Intellectual property

The Service, including the BoostHill name, logo, site and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. By submitting a target link, you grant us the limited right to use it solely to fulfil your order.

14. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (such as payment and fulfilment providers). We're not responsible for their acts, omissions, availability, or their own terms, and your use of them may be subject to their agreements.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostHill and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, audience, data, goodwill, or platform standing, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BoostHill harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content or targets, or your breach of these Terms or any platform's rules.

17. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using BoostHill at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and dispute terms) will survive.

18. Force majeure

We're not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including platform changes or outages, provider failures, network or infrastructure issues, or acts of government.

19. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date above, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Disputes & governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally — most are sorted quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BoostHill's operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.

21. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business transfer. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service. By using the Service, you consent to receive communications and agreements electronically.
