Every way to earn points

  • 3%–10% back on every order
    Credited as Boost Points when the order is delivered. The rate is your level's — it starts at 3% and rises to 10%.
  • 300 points on your first order
    A one-off welcome bonus, on top of that order's cashback.
  • 200 points for completing your profile
    Name, country, main platform and a picture. It takes a minute and it makes support faster when you need it.
  • 300 points for a verified review
    Only on an order you actually placed, and only once it is delivered. We do not buy reviews and we cannot accept one without a matching order.
  • Bonus points on larger carts
    $30 → 100 points, $60 → 250 points, $100 → 500 points. Awarded on the cart total, separately from cashback.
The limits

Points arrive on delivery, not on payment
They are credited when every item on the order is finished. Until then your order page shows them as pending, so you can see what is coming rather than wonder.
They cover up to 50% of an order
Points are a discount on real spending, not a way to order for free. Above that share, the rest is paid normally.
Orders under $5 cannot use them
The same floor applies to every discount we offer. It exists so a small order is not sold below what it costs us to deliver.
They are not cash and cannot be withdrawn
Boost Points are spendable on BoostHill orders only. They are not transferable and they are not a stored-value balance — your wallet is separate.

QWhen do Boost Points appear in my account?
When the order is fully delivered. Every item has to be complete, because the rate is worked out from your lifetime delivered spend including that order. Before then your order row shows the amount as pending.
QDo Boost Points expire?
No. There is no expiry date and no inactivity rule — points you have earned stay in your balance until you spend them.
QIs there a minimum balance before I can use them?
No. There is no threshold to unlock and nothing to wait for — points can go towards your very next order, up to 50% of it. Some programmes lock your balance until it reaches a set value; this one does not.
QHow much is a Boost Point worth?
100 points is $1 off an order. The value is fixed, so the number you see is the number you get.
QHow do I move up a level?
Levels are set by your lifetime delivered spend. Silver at $1,000, Gold at $2,500, Platinum at $5,000. You move up automatically and the higher rate applies to orders delivered from then on.
QDo points stack with other discounts?
Points can be combined with a coupon, but the two together are capped so that a share of every order is still paid in cash. The exact total is shown at checkout before you pay.
QWhat happens to my points if an order is refunded?
Cashback is credited on delivery, so an order that is refunded rather than delivered never earns any. Points you spent on a refunded order are returned to your balance.
