Every step from building an order to delivery — including what we ask for, what we will never ask for, how the price is worked out, and what happens when something goes wrong. The order
From checkout to delivered
- You build the order and see the price firstPick the service, the quantity and any options. The total updates as you change them, and it is the total you are charged — nothing is quoted later or added at checkout.
- Payment confirms before anything is routedNothing is sent to fulfilment until the payment provider confirms. Card payments run through Fungies as merchant of record, so card details never reach our servers. Crypto and wallet balance settle before the order is queued.
- The order is routed to the source that performs for itEvery service and option combination is mapped to a specific supplier service, chosen for that exact thing rather than pulled from a general pool. Where a source stops performing, the mapping is changed rather than the order being pushed through anyway.
- It is submitted automatically, or handed to a personMost orders are submitted within seconds. Anything without a valid route — a new service, a custom-text order, a plan we fulfil by hand — goes to a manual queue on purpose, because delivering it correctly late is better than delivering the wrong thing now.
- Progress is written back to your dashboardA scheduled job checks each open order and updates its progress. Your dashboard shows the last check rather than a live feed, so a status can trail the platform slightly — that lag is in our reporting, not in your delivery.
- Refills and refunds run against the same recordRefill eligibility is stored on the order itself and shown before you buy, not promised in the abstract. Where an order cannot be delivered, it is refunded.
Access
What we ask for — and what we never will
The clearest signal about any provider in this market is what they want from you. If you are ever asked for the right-hand column, by us or anyone else, stop.

Your login stays yours. There is no field anywhere on BoostHill that accepts a password, and support is not able to take one.
Pricing
How the price is worked out
Everything that moves the total is something you chose. Quantity is the main lever; some services price differently by option, and delivery speed can carry its own rate. Each of those updates the figure in front of you before you commit to it.
Shown before you pay, not after
The order builder shows the real total. There are no quotes to wait for, no fees introduced at checkout, and no minimum you discover at the end.
Calculated on our server
The charge is computed server-side from the same configuration that rendered the page, so what you were shown and what you are billed cannot drift apart.
One charge, no subscription by default
A one-time order is charged once. Recurring delivery exists only where you explicitly choose a plan, and it can be cancelled from your dashboard.
Pay the way you prefer
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrency or your BoostHill wallet balance. Card details are handled by the processor and never reach us.
Delivery
Instant or drip-feed
Both deliver the same quantity. They differ in how visible the change is while it happens, so the right choice depends on the account rather than on which sounds better.

Drip-feed is not available on every service — where it is, you will see it as a delivery option in the order builder.
When it goes wrong
The failure cases, named
Most providers do not publish this section. It is the one worth reading, because it tells you what you are actually buying when something does not go to plan.
The count drops after delivery
If the service carries a refill and you are inside its window, request one from the order in your dashboard. If it does not carry a refill, that was shown before purchase — we would rather have told you up front than argue afterwards.
The order is sitting at nothing
Two ordinary causes: it is in the manual queue awaiting a person, or the link cannot be reached. Check the link first, then contact support with the order number.
You entered the wrong link
Tell us before delivery starts and we can usually redirect it. Once a supplier has begun, the delivery has gone where it was sent and cannot be recalled.
The platform removed what was delivered
It happens, and no provider can prevent it. Where the service carries a refill we will refill it; where it does not, we will tell you that plainly rather than quietly reordering.

Limits
What we don't claim
Each of these is something we could assert and could not prove. Treat any provider that asserts them as a warning rather than a better deal.
A guaranteed delivery time
Different services move at genuinely different speeds, and our checks run on a schedule rather than continuously. We would rather set the expectation on the service page than publish an average that is wrong for the order in front of you.
Platform approval of any kind
Buying engagement does not qualify a channel for Affiliate, Partner or monetisation, and no provider can make it. Anyone promising it is selling something they do not control.
That this builds an audience
It changes a number. People coming back is a different thing and it comes from your content. We sell the first and are explicit that it is not the second.
That any of it is invisible
A sharp jump on a small account can be read by anyone looking at the graph. Drip-feed exists for that reason, and it is a trade-off rather than a cloak.

QDo you need my password?

QShould I choose instant or drip-feed?
Instant if the moment matters — a launch, a live stream, a post already moving. Drip-feed if you post regularly and want the change spread out. Drip-feed is slower by design, so it is the wrong choice when you need it visible today.
QWhat happens if my order stalls?
Most stalled orders are either waiting in our manual queue for a person, or pointed at a link that cannot be reached. Check the link first, then contact support with your order number and we will tell you which it is.
QIs every service refillable?
No, and we show which are before you buy rather than implying it everywhere. Refill eligibility is stored on your own order, so you can check it there at any time.
QCan buying engagement get my account banned?
No provider can promise you it cannot. What we can tell you is what we do: we never touch your login, we never post as you, and we ask only for a public link. The risk that remains is the platform's judgement about your account, and nobody selling this controls that.
QWill this make my channel eligible for monetisation?
No. Affiliate, Partner and monetisation decisions belong to the platform and consider far more than a follower or viewer count. Treat any provider promising eligibility as a warning sign.
